very thankful for good health insurance, job with ample sick time, beautiful lush green grass and trees and leaves, sunshine, having enough money to get a new tv when we want.

more importantly, thankful that julia and her baby are safe and healthy.

First Post

I've been kinda depressed lately and have been focusing a lot on negative things. I try to think of lots of things I have to be thankful for, because I do have lots of things to be thankful for, but I get distracted. So I'm going to try to write some everyday in this blog.

Today I am thankful that

Jesse called me on his break and listened to me cry and tried to help and then called back at lunch and on break to check on me and then took me out for a malt after work.

Julia and Kristin emailed me

Chiquis is healthy and fun and so beautiful in the green grass

The leaves and grass are finally all green

We make enough money that I can spend too much at the grocery store when I get ideas in my head about making meals.

My hand feels better after being sore from trying to chop wood

We have very soft sheets.
